CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB) announced today the results of proposals considered at its annual meeting of stockholders held July 14, in Houston.
CytoGenix shareholders re-elected two directors, for a three-year term, to serve on the company's board, including Dr. Cy Stein and Mr. Frank Vazquez.
Dr. Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix Chairman and CEO commented, "We are pleased to have directors of the caliber of Cy and Frank on the board, Their qualifications, scientific and business acumen are invaluable. With the re-election of these directors, the size of CytoGenix board remains at seven directors, four of whom are independent directors."
